Celebrating 50 years of Havasu’s Polar Bear plunge
On Saturday, hundreds of spectators gathered at the London Bridge Beach to honor the 50th year for Lake Havasu City’s Polar Bear Day. The event drew in eager participants, who all donned bathing suits or less, to take a plunge into Lake Havasu. Adults, children – and even pets – joined in on the annual tradition that brought residents together at the lake.
